Our journey
Funding and education for women who lead.
More and more women are balancing caregiving roles with building their own businesses, and business funding can be hard to find. Beauty, Brains & Business™ puts business and education first.
We help women grow their careers through academic degrees, leadership coaching and executive networking events. Our grants and scholarships support women in wine and spirits, hospitality, tech, beauty and finance, including continuing education, coaching and professional certifications.

Applications open once a year in September. Awards are made by March 8 of the following year.

- Opens doors for herself and for other women.
Eligibility
Before you apply.
- Funds must be used to start a business or attend school within 10 months of the award.
- Recipients need a defined plan for sustaining the business or education after the funds are used.
- Businesses and recipients must have community value and be actively involved in their community.
- Businesses must have no more than 100 employees.
- Documentaries and personal blogs are not eligible.
- Non-profits receive grants. Individuals receive funding through subcontracts.
